Have you ever tried it? Carving is like meditation. You sit down cross-legged like in a yoga session. But instead of grumpily cooing “Oooohhhmmm”, you do something productive. You create something with your hands. And because you only need your head to look at your fingers, you can use the rest of your brain activity to “multitask” and think! Or not.
