Shadow Plays

The MOAIs from MountainKraft don’t actually have eyes – at least not carved ones. But that doesn’t matter, because the right lighting gives the optical impression that they do have eyes. Simply experiment with light. Adjust the moai or the light source to create a corresponding shadow on the eye area. Of course, this works best outdoors with the sun.
