When the kettle sings …

… it’s on a classic Tirolia stove. You heat it with wood. It warms the living room and is great for cooking and baking. When the Smutje is in a good mood, we cook the most delicious things, from roast pork to schnitzel. Or a fresh porcini mushroom ragout with ribbon noodles, if someone takes the trouble to collect a few mushrooms behind the hut beforehand. And, of course, hot water from the kettle for the many coffee breaks during work.
